PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Old World authenticity was the owner's objective; hundreds of man hours were invested in hand-distressing many materials in the home to appear as if they were worn over centuries, including the many timbers that grace the eaves and other areas. The craftsmanship continues with extensive metal work and stone work found throughout the home, which was handcrafted by the finest artisans.

The home also features a state-of-the art theater and sound system, along with panel inlays made of transparent onyx which take on an ember glow when the dimmable flourescent lights behind them are lit. A custom hardwood basketball is built under a suspended slab beneath the garage.
